Read Right Society is a Legal Aid BC Community Partner, helping people access legal
information and resources.
Legal information is difficult to understand and navigate, especially for those with
low literacy. As a LSS community partner, we:
- Help people learn about Legal Aid BC (LABC) services
- Provide contact information for legal advice, representation and advocacy services
- Provide access to print and online LABC resources
- Demonstrate how online resources are used
- Raise awareness of LABC materials and services
- Refer people to applicable agencies and services
- Assist with comprehension and understanding forms
- Assist with language barriers regarding basic communications
We have free resources on many legal topics.
